AI Boosting Campaigns
[Project Overview]
This project explored integrating Charly, an AI recommendation system, into Influur Pulse to centralize pre-campaign work. The goal was to streamline creator list creation, replace scattered tools, and accelerate decision-making.

Optimize creator list management. Currently, compiling lists takes 1–2 weeks; the integration with Charly aimed to reduce it to seconds.

Current Process
Campaign managers could find influencers in 2 ways:

A new way added:
Fill a quick form with goals, budget, and creator type — Charly AI suggests the best influencers, speeding up discovery and list creation.
User Testing
Tested with 5 Campaign Managers.

We used a task-based script to evaluate core flows (e.g., creating lists, adding/removing creators, checking metrics).

What Went Well
Flow well-received, metrics added strong value, and “all-in-one place” was a big win.
Suggestions
Add creator pricing, more flexible list building, prioritize creators with more followers.
Pain Points
Unclear/empty metrics, creator profiles preferred in new tab, concerns about outdated data.
Provided clear opportunities for refinement; not all improvements were implemented immediately but informed the roadmap.
